Jennifer Lynch, Have a Joyful and Festive Holiday!
Jennifer is a city of Scottsdale employee and has been creating ambigrams for nearly two decades. She was recently part of the Mesa Arts Center MABEL mobile outreach program. Her design, an ambigram, is unique and engaging as visitors can read it from both sides of the window, showcasing the word “joyful” on one side and “festive” from the other.

Jessica Johnson, Sonoran Gift Givers
This artwork celebrates the land and natural environment of Old Town Scottsdale through native plants and beloved local birds, the roadrunner and the quail, seen with their recent gift purchases. This artwork incorporates the street landmarks in a hand-drawn map of Old Town, celebrating this local space and framing it as a gift. The ribbons of the bow make up major crossroads, such as Scottsdale Boulevard. The color palette combines popular holiday hues and western gold, reds and browns.
Jessica has been painting since 2018 and is excited for the opportunity to contribute to Old Town's colorful, art-filled town in a fun and festive way.

Lilia Zincenko, Warm Wishes from a Snowboarding Roadrunner
Lilia recently completed worked with volunteers to create a high-school mural and is excited for the opportunity to expand her experience with outdoor art. Inspired by the hilarious imagery of a roadrunner shredding a snowboard, this design provides a new perspective on the desert-themed winter wonderland. Not only featuring a roadrunner, a Gila monster makes its appearance with its adorable attempts at catching falling snowflakes.

Lovebirds have become such a beloved bird in Scottsdale and the Valley of the Sun. This display features this quirky little bird decorating their cactus home with colorful holiday lights, bringing joy and holiday cheer to the desert.
Maria is a muralist and has several large scale projects across cities in the Valley including Tolleson, Avondale and Goodyear as well as having worked with the Phoenix Suns and Arizona State fair. She loves working with small businesses and connecting the community through her art.

Roberto is a member of On the Edge Gallery in Old Town Scottsdale and is hoping to bring together locals and visitors to create a shared sense of joy and community.
