Hosted by Scottsdale Waterfront restaurant, Olive & Ivy, Senior Executive Chef Kyle Swesey will delight guests with a demonstration on how to prepare sweet potato cannelloni, with roasted mushrooms, spinach, and toasted almonds. Each attendee will be able to sample an individually served pasta portion following the demonstration, as well as a recipe card to take home.

Hosted by CALA, a new Mediterranean restaurant at Senna House in Scottsdale, Executive Chef Peter McQuaid will demonstrate how to prepare delicious holiday side dishes. Guests will watch as chef prepares his secret family mashed potatoes and smoked bacon roasted brussel sprouts with fresh pomegranate. Each attendee will be able to taste an individually served sample following the demonstration, as well as a recipe card to take home.
