Have fun and learn a few of Chef’s secrets to creating his handcrafted cuisine. Following class, you will enjoy a delectable lunch of fresh green salad, the class cuisine, and Chef’s handmade biscotti for a sweet finish.
The meal will feature Brodetto di Pesce, mixed seafood and fish in a light tomato broth baked in Chef’s fragrant wood burning oven.
